I went to this place twice. Things seemed to be fine until I kept getting calls from a collection agency because apparently I owed a $70 balance at Prime Eye Care. I always paid my balance and never got a billing for the amount. Before I was called by the agency, it had been less than a year since my last visit. After I paid the balance to the collections agency, I got a call from Prime Eye asking me if I wanted to set an appointment because it had been a long time since I had visited them! I could not believe it. I called back and ask them to remove me from their listing. Ha! They certainly didn't. I just got a call from them saying the same stuff. WTF! They obviously had my phone number and never called to let me know I owed anything! Now, they call me because they want my business! Needless to say, I will not be back to see them. Taking the time to actually find a reputable establishment is worth much more than going back to Prime and then spending days worrying about what I apparently owe, which I would be happy to pay. So, yes, I give this place a star. There is no added value at all.
