I've been here twice, my visits were a bit more than a year apart. Both times with a Groupon for Shellac mani and pedi. The first time I went was better than the second which is why I decided to try them again.
The Good:
Staff is friendly, place is relatively nicely decorated and clean. They offer you water.
The Bad:
Very hard to get a hold of them on the phone to book an appointment.
When I went with a "Shellac Manicure and Express Pedicure" I was told that they were both express services and would need to pay to upgrade.
Selection of shellac polishes was sparse, only CND here. Other polish options were better (regular OPI, CND, Essie, etc).
Shellac manicure was not very good. Too close to the cuticle, which resulted in peeling quicker than normal, and uneven application. Pedicure was better.
Many places can do shellac better. I haven't tried any of their other services.
