I'm a new 'Snow Bird' from Colorado. I've never used a Fry's before and couldn't imagine anyone being more slothful than the kids...er...children at the DTC MicroCenter. Until now. I called to ask a ten second 'yes or no' question about their Drones. An adolescent named Juanita answered and after repeating the question two and a half times she transferred me. I waited for a Half an Hour. I then called back and after ten minutes was simply hung up on. I called back a second time and waited another fifteen minutes and was hung up on. If I could give a zero or a minus score, I certainly would. I'm semi-retired from marketing and still travel about, and one thing I do consistently is buy tech goodies no matter where I am. I've never bought from Fry's.....and I NEVER WILL.....EVER. And MicroCenter...I apologize. You use to place me on hold too, but it was nothing at all like this...you always eventually answered !!!
