I wouldn't buy here again if it was the last tile place in the valley. Project on a short timeline. On Saturday I told them I need tile by Friday. No problem they said. Showed me some tile, quoted a price, "I buy this by the truckload, one day, two tops to get it here". I placed the order on Monday giving them 4 days. Friday comes, no tile. "Might be here tomorrow." The sales guy Steve doesn't understand that whatever problem he has with his supplier has nothing to do with his business relationship with me. He made a commitment to me, couldn't keep his commitment, and blames his supplier. His only solution is to cancel the order and he is rude about it. There are tons of tile places in the valley. You don't need to take a chance on getting the bad service I did. Go elsewhere.
