I have purchased Bellawood engineered 3 times and the product is superior. This last purchase and their return policy is the last time I will buy from them.
Found the product I wanted on their website
Website stated out of stock, check with the local store for inventory
Did that, they did not have it, told them the room was 158 sq ft. They said I need 6 boxes. Ordered it.
Product came in, did the room had 1 unopened box left. Returned it.
They told me special order can't return it. Appealed to corporate, told OK to return 20% restocking fee. Just can't figure out why they need my 20% on a product that they will resell in a heartbeat.
Trashed it instead of giving it back to them.
They made me feel like I had done something wrong by trying to return something that they specified that quantity I needed
