they need to fix the inside of the suites at village square apts. at nellis oasis ln. we have old cabinets and tubs that have permanete rings around them need resurfaced . we need some up graded stuff they are raising rents and not having any upgrades or fixes done unless you want your carpet cleaned. I am not moving my things to get the carpet cleaned. also open the laundry rooms on sundays so people can do their laundry. the stove vent above my stove is awefull it needs replaced. the reason you have so many vacants is because you aren't taking care of the units that have people living in them. your taking care of only roof repairs and putting cameras in and lighting on the lane but nothing for the actual residents units.
