Beehive has been managing our property now for close to 4 years. It has consistently been a positive experience working with them. Over the years we have had several maintenance issues with our 44 year-old property. I am always notified of the problems and what is going to be done to remedy them. The vendors that they have on their team are skilled professionals and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner. I know that having a rental property can mean that there can be some pretty unsavory tenants, but we've been fortunate to have some good people in there that want to stay. I know that the crew over at Beehive has a lot to do with keeping them happy.
