I have never had laser hair removal done and saw a group-on. I decided now was a good time to try it. I wanted my lip area done, upper and lower. I should have stopped by the place to ask questions before I bought the group-on. I arrived to set up an appointment and ask questions. The receptionist was not friendly. I asked questions and she answered abruptly, as if I should have already known the answer.
I was disappointed in the group-on offer, or at least the restrictions. My fault for not checking it out first. When I went to the appointment the gal doing the treatment was very informative and helpful. Turns out the procedure probably wasn't going to do much, because I have light little hairs. But, I couldn't change the area I requested, since I "committed" to the area when I first scheduled my appointment. She did say I could pay extra if I wanted to add another area, as in the lower lip.
The procedure was quick, probably 2min, and painless. Makes me wonder if it really works, lol. So I have 7 more sessions. The gal said "Well, let see what happens."
