So far I'm not impressed. I live in Vegas. I just got home from the hospital . I require oxygen. Plus I just had major surgery. When I got home I realized my A/C was not working. I called NHW . It was 90 deg in my house. I was told someone would call me back Monday . Unless it was concerned an emergency . Today is Friday. I asked having no A/C isn't import? They said NO. I than asked so someone is supposed to die with no A/C before it's an emergency . He said yes. Wow!! I was shocked. I will update as time goes by, so far I'm not impressed and so frustrated.
