Surprise! Their menu is pretty much all Papusa's now. Don't know what a Papusa is? I didn't either. Apparently it's the Salvadorian version of a quesedilla but with a fluffier corn tortilla.
They serve theirs "open-faced" loaded with choice of meat and toppings. I got the korean bbq papusa with a bahn mi slaw. It was interesting and not what I was expecting, but I did enjoy it.
I also tasted the braised lamb special, much better in my opinion.
Can't wait to find these guys again.
