I can't say enough good things about the lads who work at the service office of this combined computer retail/service centre. We purchased an iMac from the retail shop on College and asked if their service shop (on the corner) could transfer everything from our old eMac onto the new machine. For a nominal fee, they did exactly that, but not before encountering a major configuration problem on the eMac that meant many hours spent rescuing thousands of corrupted files. They were brilliant at taking care of the problem (black magic as far as I can tell) and most importantly rescuing all of our family photos from the last 7 years. I recommend this shop for their outstanding service, prompt notification (when things hit the fan) and honesty. They have wonderful, caring staff that I will return to again and again, whenever I have a computer problem I can't resolve myself.
