I was bridal gown shopping alone and treated terribly at another store so I stopped here. I love the laid back atmosphere. Everyone was SO friendly and they allow you all the time you want to browse the WIDE selection of dresses and try on however many you want for as long as you want. Pictures are welcome, and you aren't rushed or pressured at all!!
You don't need an appointment, but Mona helped me continuously for almost 2 hours (while helping others as well)! She's amazing and made me feel great. They had two of the dresses I wanted to try on that other stores didn't have! In the end I ended up going back the next day and purchasing a dress that I tried on in the other store (where I was treated terribly)- NY bride and groom didn't carry it but they were able to special order it for me. I feel so much better about getting my dress here! Thanks Mona and everyone else for being so respectful and making the process enjoyable. Can't wait to get my dress in and continue working with you all!!
