Tuft and Needle is an amazing company. We went to the Scottsdale location to try out the mattress. We were warmly greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. They immediately told us that they were not paid commission and there would be no pressure. We were invited to try out the mattress and relax and enjoy. Next to the bed there is information posted telling one everything they need to know about the Tuft and Needle Company and their mattresses. The team members are also there to answer any questions, too.
They delivered our mattress fast. Depending on where you live, you can even have it the same day.
We purchased the King mattress. Oh my gosh. I cannot begin to tell you the difference it has made with my sleeping. I suffered from hip, thigh and back pain and those pains are gone now after sleeping on this mattress. I know I am getting a better night sleep because I am not tossing and turning like I used to. That pain used to wake me up a lot. I now wake up pain free and refreshed.
I can't say enough nice things about this company. I am guessing all their members are happy and aim to please because they are all getting a great night sleep. :-)
