We're huge BBQ fans- we really loved their smoked chicken and their hot links, which had a nice snap to the casing. We found the brisket a bit dry. Macaroni and cheese was delicious and collards were traditional and nicely seasoned. Our pick for smoked meat for sure in Vegas.
