Cosimo, his wife and son Anthony are the BEST!! I had a challenging timeline for installing new carpet, flooring and floorboard in my entire house. I was in town for 2 days, gone 5, back 5 gone 9 before final move in. Crazy schedule!
Anthony helped me first with finding the perfect colors, I had brought in my paint chip. Hi son had 7 years experience working in a paint store so he understood color. Because of his help I was able to quickly find the carpet and the Nova Laminate flooring within one visit. I brought the samples to my home and the samples were perfect!
Cosimo and his wife came out that evening to measure my place, I was flying out of town the next day. I felt well cared for and appreciated the experience and expertise in moving forward with the project. Cosimo kept me informed every step of the process (I was back in Minnesota) and responded promptly to all my texts and calls.
The installers did an impeccable job, the floors and carpets look AMAZING! The installers cleaned up and the carpet was vacuumed. When I flew back and opened my front door for the first time with the new floors, (neighbors were within ear shot), I said, "WOW". My neighbors has to come over and look and they were equally impressed.
I am so HAPPY and PLEASED with my new floors and carpet. Everyone who has come to my house (handy man, cox cable, movers, etc) has complimented me on the floors. Not only is the end result of my floors AMAZING, but the customer service provided by Cosimo and his team has been AMAZING. If only all businesses could provide this type of service.
