I brought my car in for service into this "service" center for a scheduled service where they knew they would need a particular part. Drop off was 7:15am - picked was supposed to be 4pm and it ended up being 8pm. I've had this happen to me not simply numerous times at this location (Rainbow & Warm Springs in Las Vegas) but every single time. There is no reason whatsoever to drop a car off and leave it because the calculation from their point of view is that they won't start the work until the end of the day. That's what I want - a mechanic rushing to finish because they're trying to get out there as well. After this time I will have learned my lesson, and it is too bad because it is actually conveniently located. Neither of my cars will see Firestone again.
