This was the first time we have ever rented through a property management company. I had the pleasure of working with Travis for the first year and had absolutely no issues, he was very prompt with any questions or issues that arose.
Unfortunately we had to move due to the owner selling, thankfully the property managers and website at bennet property management were very helpful in helping us find a new home that suits us well. We had no issues with the move out process or deposits and I'm very thankful that we have had the pleasure of working with these nice people.
We purposely found a house that bennett property managed because we were highly satisfied with the previous year of working with them. We now have the pleasure of working with Lance an we are still satisfied and have had no issues what so ever.
