With sweeping views - from Lake Ontario to the skyline - it's hard not to fall in love with Toronto when you visit the rooftop. A walk around the 16th-floor terrace always gives me goosebumps; the full 360 view of Toronto is quite magnificent.
Go to: watch the sunset, relax by the pool with friends, drink some fab cocktails.
Have: Strawberry Fields. The gin-based cocktail is one of their best sellers. It's fruit-forward (fresh strawberry and lemon juice) and topped with Champagne (the real stuff - no sparkling wine or Prosecco here) which adds a nice splash of opulence to the drink.
The Lobby Lounge on the main floor is modern, beautifully lit and inviting. The bar staff are super friendly!

Have: one of the best French Martinis in the city. Perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of acidity, sweetness and froth. If Reiner is there, get him to make it.
