I was comped treatment, and told that this incident, and the prior ones I wrote about were used as training examples for improving communication between schedulers, computer records and front office. I've been back twice, and have noticed that the issues I outlined do not seem to be ongoing.
The company seems willing to work with clients to improve where it's needed, and I don't think you can ask much more. Cheers and good luck.
