PLEASE READ!! I sometimes write reviews when I have good experience and ALWAYS write reviews when I have a bad one. This Pep Boys is AWEFUL and I will not be returning here. I made an appointment for an oil change for my wife's car on 8/6/16 to be changed on 8/7/16 at 9am. The two things that attracted me most about this pep boys was the $19.99 price and their online guarantee that states "30 minute oil change guarantee with appointment." No one wants to wait all day for a oil change. My wife shows up at 8:50am to have her car serviced for her 9am appt and was informed that no service technicians even showed up yet. 9:15am - no one shows, 9:30 - no one shows. 9:45am - someone finally shows up and takes my wife's car in and gets to work on it. I called the front and spoke to a gentleman who was extremely short with me and provided me with no help whatsoever. I said that his 30 minute guarantee had gone way past the deadline and something needed to be done about it. He offered me nothing except to reach the manager, Ken. I tried the whole rest of the day to get Ken on the phone and just kept getting bounced around with promises he would return my call. Never got a call back and half my wife's Sunday was wasted and no so much as an apology was offered. I run a hotel and customer care and sales is what I do. My job is to gain new business and retain current business, especially when customers have a complaint. This location and these people have a long way to go in the customer care dept. We live right down the street from this location and you would have made a loyal customer had you simply offered....anything. Even an apology. We'll never return to this location.
