Brandon the cashier gave me a psychiatric emergency hot line number when I asked for membership reward program number. Funny right? I think so. Just totally unprofessional. And jokes on psych patients? That's not cool. It was a quiet Thursday evening, pretty slow & little traffic in the shop. While we got in line & paid for the jacket, I asked the cashier for the membership reward program number. He seems ok and gave me A NUMBER immediately. I called this morning & found out this is a psychiatric emergency hot line. I don't remember I bother this cashier. He wasn't helping or assisting me during my shopping either. Why being so rude? And don't make fun or abusing hot line like this. Your mom didn't teach u?
