I have given this place 2 tries. My 1st experience was terrible. I went in for a ombre color the day before my vacation to Hawaii. The blonde I had asked for was orange and my hair was destroyed and mushy! All my photos from hawaii were quite hideous. Upon my returning I called to address the issue after being in tears about my hair being destoyed to the point I am still 1 year later cutting tge damage off. The owner had me come in and have my hair toned. Still it was not how i asked. However due to the state of my hair I did not readdress the issue as I was scared to have my hair destroyed further. Then.... Last week i came in and made an appoinment for an hour massage for my mother in law who is visiting from France and does not speak much english. I was told by the owner it would be $55. Why did they charge her $75? I went down amd addressed the problem and had her $20 refunded out of pure principal. Save your money and hair and stay away from this salon. Edited. Ian i let the hair go which i regret writing a review sooner. Then the issue last week. My hair is still pretty fried from your salon which is why now I only get trims to undo the disaster your salon has done to my hair. Iians response it is disgusting. Please review and again stay away and save your hair. And her massage wasnt that good from what She told me. Fyi if you were so good then i would be the only one who has had the same issue. As i see from another photo I am not alone. Sorry you are not happy about my honesty.
