Very Very dissapointing!!! They sent a man called Jeremy, he gave me quotes of $363. They had a card Ad that read $4.95 per room, I had 4 rooms and a living room. I showed it to him and he said he added protectant, scotsguard etc and that raises the rate up. I told him I will not go ahead with the cleaning. He did not leave. He was very very persistent reducing the price down until it was $150. I told him I was planning on only paying about$100. He called his manager for a price reduction and they did not leave. To make this short. I told him 'okay, shampoo carpet for $150. He shampooed the house and left a big red stain one of the rooms. He mistakenly hit the fish bowl and it fell down. This is a rental home so I will end up paying more. Called the manager he said he will send someone back to take care of the3 feet large red stain. My advise: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
