This has got to be the most dysfunctional DQ in the phoenix area. My wife and I came in and ordered two medium shakes. The six separate customers who came in and ordered after us received their orders, ate and left while we were still waiting. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. We asked to speak to a manager and no one would step up and try to resolve our issue. I get that it's high school kids working there, but I think they should fire everyone and start with new people. I'm not a huge DQ fan, but I guarantee that I will not return to this location.
