save yourself the headache and tan somewhere else. They only offer a subscription based on the level of bed you want, and will only sign you up if you do the auto pay. There is a reason for that, it makes it more difficult to just stop going. Monthly subscription of $55.00 a month, and if you only tan 1 time a week you still have to pay that amount. The beds fill up quickly, and many times you have to wait for level 3 especially. Not to mention EVERY, single time you tan you have to listen to the up sell speech trying to get you to spend even more,and get more product. There is nothing relaxing, or welcoming about tanning here, they want your money, more, and more of it, and its obvious. and just try saying no...they try to change your mind!!!! Like I want to say repeatidly no I'm not interested.
Finally their billing cycles are seriously in their favor, and if you don't cancel before the next billing cycle (which is days before the end of the month) you still get charged for the entire next month, after you hear a 15 minute speech about not cancelling. I even cancelled telling them I was going on medical leave, you think they cared? This place is horrid.
