Longest wait I've ever had an IHOP online order. After 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready I had to go. So I asked if I can get a refund, it took 10 mins for someone to come help me get a refund and the food still wasn't ready. They told me someone will call me the next day and get me a refund so I walked out $10 less, no food, and 40 mins of wasted time.
