We had a falling out recently. I had been doing a lot of traveling over the past couple months promoting my business, so I wasn't needing deliveries. Sure enough on Oct.16th I get a letter in the mail from them saying I need to respond by Friday Oct.16th that I would like to continue the service or my account would be cancelled that day and charged a cancellation fee. WTF? The letter was post dated from corporate on Oct.13th...maybe they should send the letter a lol earlier huh? Needless to say, I got the mail after 5pm and couldn't do anything. On Monday I called to tell them I still want the service, my request was sent to the executives and they got back to me the next day with an indefinite NO. Considering they were the ones that gave me zero days notice, I thought this was ridiculous! Shame on you winder. I called again and said if they even think of charging me, I would write to the CEO myself.
