Store and restaurants within were clean and provided amazing variety. Excellent gluten free variety. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help and answer questions. Food choices from grass-fed beef to every cheese imaginable make it just plain fun to shop. GMO-free verified products were plentiful, even offered a GMO-free Project verified rotisserie chicken! Prices were steep, finding grass-fed beef to be nearly twice the price found at "regular" grocery store and organic, grass-fed butter about 1.50 more. The only disappointment was finding "yeast extract" AKA MSG in the veggie Asian wrap I bought at the sushi joint half way through my indulging. This makes me very sick. I just assumed because it was Whole foods we wouldn't find such an ingredient. Great shop, but still check labels. Also, amazing wine selection!
