I visit A LOT of Starbucks . I'm sad to say this location is lacking... They do not take phone orders- ok fair enough, you have a drive through window .. I had 23 drinks that needed to be ordered.. I do not have time in my day to wait for these drinks... which is why I call ahead. I arrived after the girl on the phone told me they are "super fast " and can have the drinks really quickly. My list had names for each order- I was told they cannot add names on the cups. This is standard at almost every other location. Drinks came out and we were given a marker to write names! No! This order was approximately $100 & you won't write the names?! Drinks kept coming and we told the barista that we literally have no idea which drink was which. She was nice but said she was too busy to do the names. After about 30 min waiting/trying to add names we realize we are 2 drinks short. The cashier realizes that she missed two... no apology. So- my really super quick drink order took 45 min. Certain staff here need an attitude adjustment. The black haired tattooed barista was the only one hustling and trying to make customers happy. No issues here. I could see she was working hard. The cashier on the other hand was not friendly, didn't apologize for missing two drinks, refused to interact with my chatting, no smile, no nothing. Blah. If you hate your job go find a new one. Sorry I'm spending money which results In you having to the tasks demanded by your job title. I came here on another occasion as well and has a really unfriendly barista at the window - this was for one drink.
