I guess maybe I am not handy? I am a regular at this store, but I always park by the garden area entrance and stay in that section. I think I may have only entered the main section of the store ONCE. All of the employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful.
The garden center is well stocked and has a good selection of flowers and plants. They have a guarantee on their trees, if they die within 30 days, they will give you a refund (the same may apply to their plants).
I love purchasing my Christmas tree here every season. They have a large selection, with trees of every size. They will trim the tree for you and put a net over it as well. They will even help you out to your car, and last year, after I realized that I no longer had an SUV, the nice young kid helped me shove the tree in my trunk and tie it down so I could get it home safely. I only live a few blocks away, thank goodness.
Overall, it's a great store. It's convenient to my house, so if I need anything handy, I will continue to go there.
