Went here last night with family and had a blast! The scenery is amazing inside! They obviously spent a LOT of time and money making it as elaborate as it is.
I think the reason people aren't getting the full effect (getting scared properly) when they go through the haunted house is because there needs to be a little more space between people going through. There were a lot of rooms in the haunted house where they had a character in a costume that jumps out at you. Since I had my whole group in front of me and we were only a few feet behind the people in front of us, we could here every time the lady screamed from someone jumping out at her. So when they jumped out at us we were expecting it.
I still had a blast! We arrived early and didn't have to wait long. I think the anticipation for those waiting in a long line makes it hard too.
