There are not enough words to say about Annie and the work that she does with you. I was looking for someone to help me be comfortable with myself and my presentation for competitions that info. I was immediately drawn to Annie's webpage and after we met for the first time, I knew that she was it. Annie has a way of making classes fun and not intimidating to where you feel safe and more confident every time you leave the studio. She knows when to push, encourage and express her own vulnerabilities to get the best out of you. You drive the curriculum - to do as much or as little as you want - while having fun, getting a good workout and seeing yourself as you never have before!!
