This place should not be in business! Called them because got a coupon in the mail from moneymailer.com and called to ask questions and price. They said like coupon 59$ for 4 rooms so they insisted I make an appt. I shopped around and didn't do a deal from Angie list which I should have! I have off white carpets that only had traffic marks in bedrooms. Once he got there he quoted $341 and I was shocked...they had been cleaned the year before. I told him no and said not interested. He calls his boss and then asks me my budget ( which I had company arriving the following day) so said I would agree to $150 and he talked me into $170. He brings in a machine not truck mounted and did a horrible job spreading dirt to clean areas and soaking wet! I just wanted him to leave as I heard his excuses. I paid him and wrote on invoice not clean! Now I have to have it recleaned because all he did is spread the dirty water to the clean carpet. One room looks like he didn't clean at all. Total Rip Off! Their phone # is 702-960-4778 and the phone # on invoice is 888-233-7613. No address on invoice! Terrible rip off! Please do not use them and get ripped like I did! Complaining to Better Business Service too!
