I went in for a consultation and they put numbing cream on my lips right away, rushing me to sign papers even though i got there 30 mins prior to my appointment. The nurse who was filling my lips had a thick accent and was hard to understand, and didn't even explain to me what she was putting in my lips until i asked. This place was very unprofessional and didn't care for the client. Wont be going back.
