The Lansdowne cone
Another welcomed addition to the Blo-downe hood. The Lansdowne cone located at the corner of Bloor and Lansdowne offers tasty ice cream treats to hungry hungry hippo patrons=) They showcase 28 or so creamy flavours of ice cream made with local ingredients. I am a creature of habit and I always order the mint chocolate chip-very refreshing and satisfying. My only complaint is that they accept cash only. I am not saying I want to cut them a cheque like the Dude in the Big Lebowski for my ice cream; however, debit services would be greatly appreciated. The price appears to be reasonable for some scoops of deliciousness. I tend to find ice cream to be overpriced everywhere though-I am a bit of a frugal bugle when it comes to ice cream. I would say it is well worth it. I recommend this ice cream parlour.
