I have gone to Fletcher's for more than 5 years for oil changes and I have never had an issue. They are always polite and helpful when I asked questions. I wish they were a little faster but I understand they have a lot of business and the parking lot is nearly full every time I go.
I brought my car to Fletcher's because my a/c was not blowing cold air. They diagnosed the issue after some time and told me to take it to the dealer as it was probably covered under warranty due to the nature of the issue. It was very nice of them to look out for me instead of trying to sell me on a repair covered by my dealer. They did not charge me for the diagnostic.
I heard clicking when turning the steering wheel. I took it to Fletcher's and they were very fast. They heard the clicking and then went to the computer and found out there was a specific notice/bulletin (not recall) on the manufacturers website pertaining to the clicking and told me it was not anything to be concerned about it but if I was worried then contact the dealer. Very nice of them. They did not charge me for the help.
I wish they were faster but they have a lot of business and you cannot expect to skip the line or have priority when there are people ahead of you, especially when you stroll in on a Saturday afternoon. Let them do their job. I have not had an issue and they have been very polite and friendly. I have not done any other work here other than the work above so I cannot comment on a tire replacement or anything else.
