Great price on Saturday stay, via Hotwire. The value price got us a second floor non-tower room with a view of an overgrown bush and dirty patio window. But who cares?! I chose this hotel based on value: higher rated hotel at best possible price. Pros - My fav part of this hotel is the water. Seriously the best tasting and freshest water quality and ice I've found anywhere! Strange I know but the tap water was amazing. - Large spacious room, huge desk! - Tennis and pool was fun and watching airplanes from Pearson circle overhead - High end decor in lobby - Some walking trails nearby, wish I had the time to explore - Tim Hortons one block from hotel (Canadian Maple!) - the fast food Greek restaurant across the street was awesome! - No problems with my prepaid Hotwire reservation Cons - parking is $12/night in suburban area, and you pay the hotel desk, not the machines - Tower elevators are slow and crowded, especially in morning - check in was slow, maybe it was shift change? - main drop off area was very crowded, we parked in the lot and carried our bags past the chaos I would stay here again. Nice rooms, convenient to restaurants and Tim Hortons, close to 401 highway.
