There's a reason this place was empty when we walked in. Don't let the adobe oven fool you, the corn tortillas are thick & flavorless, and the vegetarian options were just kind of pasty filling. I will say the salsas were descent but paying $9 for a single layer of nachos was insane and I'd rather eat Taco Bell. I know this sounds harsh, but as an AZ native, if you can't do Mexican Food properly and for a better price, there are at least a dozen taco trucks within walking distance that will.
