I took my sister here to trade in her car for something newer because someone named Vicki call me up after I appraised her car on AutoTrader.com. So Vicki tells me she is a sales associate & she could help out my sister with getting a car. I say "Oh great". I make a appointment & we go into Ganley Chevy the next day. We walk in ask for Vicki & it turns out that Vicki isn't a sales associate. So we sit down with an associate named Morris Brown, he help us shows us cars & everything seems to be going great. So he runs the credit app which is fine. Now where this gets bad is after waiting for about a hour he comes back & my sister says....... Sister: Any ? Mr. Brown: ....... Me: Any approvals yet? Mr. Brown: I don't know what bullsh*t is going on around here. He couldn't get u a approval (with a ridiculous smiles on his face). Sister: Seriously? Mr. Brown: Let me put this car back.... Me: ...... Sister: ...... Ok this was the craziest thing I've ever experienced getting denied for a car. He just walk back & sat down not letting us know anything for about 6 minutes before we asked. It was unbelievable, it really was. Now the 1 star is because of the foolishness we experienced, from Vicki to Morris. Just foolishness.
