This is not a first-class nail salon. I actually left because of bad service. There were four of us: two men and two women. I found my nail polish first (from the very mediocre selection of old polish) and was told to sit in one of the chairs. When the men sat down, the same women went over to them and asked them what they would like to drink. She did not ask me or the other women. She then proceeded to sit down and give a manicure to one of the men. Then another tech came along and sat down to give a manicure to the other man.
Being in the service business myself, I would have addressed this problem when I told them I was leaving but really no-one seems to care. The thing is that I was the one paying and I always give huge tips, so they missed out on that. Maybe they think men tip more and that is why they got more attention.
