I honestly would give 0 stars if Yelp would allow it. I have lived at Metropointe for 3 years, I absolutely loved it! It was affordable and newer than most complexes. The team in the office were all very friendly and always pleasant to speak to!
It started going downhill in the last year when Gina and Marina's management team took over. I honestly avoid going to the office at ALL costs, that's how bad it is.
They are extremely UNHELPFUL, the team lacks customer service and make it extremely inconvenient for tenants to pay rent.
They have made many changes on the property and all for the worst.
