BUYER BEWARE! This company will beat any other quote but that's where it ends! 35-45 minute wait times for existing customers to access service- IF you're lucky enough to get a response. When you finally get a voice on the other end, customers are called lairs regarding delivery dates and times. Ask to speak to a supervisor and learn how much they don't care about providing customer service- completely indifferent to your requests. After-the-fact charges are a regular way they recoup the money you "saved" rather than using one of their competitors. Charges like "fuel surcharge" or "AM priority pick-up" or even "early unit retrieval" are added to your credit card. These idiots are never wrong and the customer is always stupid. NEVER USE THEM! Pay the extra money for a more reputable service. 1-800-PACK-RAT SUCKS!
