I would LOVE the owner of this dealership to call me. What a frustrating visit. It was like a bunch of sour grapes with the exception of the receptionist and the awesome salesman Dan who gave me a ride home after working all day on his day off. He is far too good to be working for such a sour group. God will Bless him, it was not a short ride, he spent over 2 hours to get me home, of course, I set this apt up, filled out all the paperwork to avoid wait time. I went there because of their "deals", save time, save money, no waiting to fill out paperwork, all was done before time only to find out that the credit app I took the time to do before I paid 88.00 to Lyft to ride me out there, after all, I was coming home with a vehicle.... so I was told, via email and phone calls with Beth and Dave. It cost me many hours of time, many tears, many fears and 88 bucks to be told I was not "creditworthy" get home, check email and there is an email from Jamie, sent at 8:19pm saying how sorry they were that I was unable to make my VIP, yes they scheduled me for a VIP appointment... hellllllllllooooooooo, I was sitting in the showroom crying because I was turned down, anxiously trying to figure how to get a ride from North Huntington to Zelienople, 60 miles hahaha, they must take bets to see who can piss of the consumer more.... I say take that bet money, give it to the receptionist, and the gentlemen that drove me home. or spend the money on a class teaching them how to use email. As Rich X says... save the increase of blood pressure
