Wow! I'm pretty shocked at the negative reviews this place has. I had my wedding invitations printed here and had such a positive experience! If you are looking for a calligrapher for your wedding invites and are in the Glendale/Phoenix area, Signatures is a must stop! They have a wide array of designs to choose from and are always open to working with you on new ones to carry out your vision. I specifically worked with Bibian and she was very patient listening to me ramble about the complexities with naming/honoring certain family members. She suggested proper ways to address our invitations and envelopes without offending people or breaking any etiquette rules.
During the time she worked on our invites, I called/texted Bibian about 10 times with changes to our addresses, number of invites needed, and design. I also ordered embellishments (leaves) for the invitations and she was gracious with suggestions and tracking the package. Our invitations overall came out great and we recovered many compliments on them.
Besides the invitations, I also came here with my husband to buy a gift for his boss. We ended up with a large beautiful frame. One of the ladies went above and beyond in getting a newer frame from a high shelf and wrapping it for us.
***I really wanted to give the place 4.5 starts but that's not possible here. The only reason I can't give full 5 stars is because the items in the store are a bit pricey, but that's the boutique experience, I guess.***
