Just came in to buy some wiper fluid for my car. I've been to this location a few times to do so. I decided to go ahead and add the wiper fluid in the parking lot. I removed the cap and it fell into the engine compartment. I was unable to grab it without potentially burning myself. I went back in to ask to borrow some sort of rod so that I could reach it. I asked the first guy who said he'd help me, but asked to just take a phone call. It ended up being his friend or someone he knew, so I ended up waiting for the next clerk. I made light of my situation and he said "We don't have any. We have some for sale." There were other ways he could have helped. He and the other clerk went out of their way to help other customers all the way to installing some refrigerant in one customer's AC system and diagnosing a code on another's OBD system. I asked if I could just borrow the one for 5 seconds. He said, "go ahead, dude," but not without first giving me a look of disgust. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
