First the carpet cleaning was fine. It's the house cleaning that was below expectations. I was moving into a house I just purchased and was to have a "deep clean". Apparently my idea of a deep clean is different than theirs. I was initially charged for 9 hours but when I questioned this because many things weren't done, or were done poorly, I was only charged 8 hours (still not acceptable). I had to re-clean showers/bath, and the kitchen (shelves, cabinets, stove, and fridge). I was offered a re-clean nearly 2 weeks after the initial service. ....no thanks, too little too late.
