During my eight years living in the community I encountered many issues with the various HOA managers from Vision who managed our community. The final straw was when I had an abusive encounter with a homophobic tow truck driver from Shamrock towing sent by Vision. The tow truck driver was sent to tow a vehicle for parking in another residents reserved space, even though there was an approved agreement between the two residents. This was explained to our community manager at Vision.
The tow truck driver physically assaulted me and called me a little b**ch fa**ot. After that I decided to sell and move for my own safety. Unfortunately the HOA board never held Vision accountable.
After I decided to move new board members were voted in and they agreed to hold Vision accountable. If you're a board member reading this and trying to pick a management company, I hope you consider this information and choose a different company for the safety of your residents.
