Came with my family to look for Halloween costumes This store has neat decor and apparently "open all year "? Greeted immediately by a friendly worker at the front and saw how crazy busy it was on a Saturday night. It was very messy and jam packed in isles due to no dressing rooms. You basically pull the outfit over your clothes.. Dang. And they have a 24 hour return policy. When you return it, you get store credit - not your money back. It's not a bad thing though, because YOU DONT KNOW WHAT SOMEONE WOULD DO WITH THAT COSTUME! I gave it 3 stars because while I was waiting in line to get an item a lady placed up front for me, I noticed how some workers weren't acknowledging other customers. Only TWO people out of 4 other workers were using the cash registers when there were people in line. They were doing their best to get going quickly but it bothered me that a lady was being loud and not helping ease the stress. She was assisting to other customers who were all over the place and in other customers way. Apparently, they were much more important since they knew each-other? I ended up leaving the halloween present. I don't know if I'll be returning since it seems like the majority of the workers just walk pass customers without acknowledgment.
