This was the worst experience I have had! Brought my car in for an oil change and left with a broken light on the driver side of my car! I wish I would have never asked if they could help me fix my light that I had the bulb for I'm a girl and just don't know how to unscrew the bottom screw under the light to replace it! It's in a difficult location, anyways they were rude and wouldn't own up to the fact they made a mistake! They never called me to let me know this happened! I just walked back to see if my oil change was done then they showed me. I told them this wasn't like this prior to bringing it in here and I wanted to the security camera footage. They said oh those cameras have been broken. Who has broken cameras in an area where tons of expensive tools are stored?! Bad business plan to me...We had to file a police misc. report so that hopefully get my light completely fixed free of charge! DONT GO HERE!!
