Flamingo, you try. You really do. However, everything can be lost in the details. The three stars go to your awesome phone reservation crew they deserve 5 stars, really. The hotel deserves two. We had a suite for our wedding. The suite was renovated. The view wasn't at all bad and the hotel floor was quiet. The renovation looks like me and my friends got a $500 budget and watched YouTube videos. The part that bothered me was the bathtub. It was discolored but the renovated shower was fine so we just avoided that tub. They had a coffee maker and when I went to use it there was old water that was already in the Maker, I don't know how long that was sitting there so I just put the lid on it and pretended it didn't exist. I will say again that the phone reservation crew was great. One of our party got waylaid due to weather and their flight got in a day late. The conformation team was able to switch rooms and save us $15. I appreciated that.
